Nate Ahrendt – Co-Founder & Service Specialist. Nate is the face of Signature Home & Cabin Care, and the guy you will see at your property. He brings hands-on expertise in property maintenance, dock and lift services, and high-quality lawn care. Growing up on a resort in the Park Rapids area, he learned early on that attention to detail and reliability enhances the beauty and longevity of a home. His practical approach and deep knowledge of home and cabin upkeep ensures that every service is completed to the highest standard.
Maria Ahrendt – Co-Founder & Operations Manager. Maria is our behind-the-scenes operation. With a strong background in project management and quality engineering, Maria ensures SHCC is set up proactively to serve each customer. Maria grew up in the Twin Cities and spent time at her family’s cabin in northern Minnesota. Therefore, she understands firsthand the challenges cabin owners face when caring for a property that’s miles from home.
